Spring Blossoms

 I like how this turned out!  

First of all, I would like to apologize for my belated valentine entry; I got caught up with stuff. Second, I changed the design of Rika a bit in order to make her more unique. I added a shoulder cape and shortened her skirt a bit. Overall, this design looks pretty good for me: simple and adorable ^^

Anyways, here is Rika doing cute valentines stuff
